Ascension GSM Vertical Dinner

We are super excited to be holding our first ever vertical wine dinner featuring our Dalliance (GSM with a touch of Viognier) and Trinity GSM blends. This 6-course extravaganza will be held at a private home in Whittier, CA on Saturday, August 6th from 6:00-10pm.
Not only will the sold out 2015 Siren Rose be on the menu (yay!), but so will the 2010 Dalliance. Only 50 cases were made of this wine and there is only a case left in the cellar. Frankly we can't wait to share this one with you! It's so rare we don't even have a bottle shot of it.:)
We will also be pouring two additional library wines - the 2011 Dalliance and our most recently sold out (92-point) 2012 Trinity - as well as a few additional surprises.
Seating is limited to just 35 people. Cost is $130 per person, all inclusive.
Current Club Members will receive a $20 discount per person (Limit 2) to be applied once the reservation is confirmed.

Amuse Bouche
White fish ceviche marinated in Siren rose and meyer lemon
Roasted tomato sauce finished with currant tomato, olive oil and micro greens on a Belgian endive

Chinese plum sauce infused with strawberries
1st Course - 2011 DALLIANCE - Library - $65
Toasted garlic pasta, sautéed seasonal mushrooms
Shaved parmesan, quail egg, chive
2nd Course - 2012 TRINITY - Library - $65
Steamed clams, smoked hock and fennel broth
Grilled fennel, tomato, sautéed pancetta, fresh French bread
3rd Course - 2010 DALLIANCE - Only 1 case remaining! - $65
Grilled N.Y. steak, green onion, black pepper and smoked bacon
Fingerling potatoes, buerre noistte, parsley
(Roasted Chicken can be substituted upon request)
4th Course - 2013 TRINITY - $56
Assorted cheeses and spreads, mixed nuts and dried fruit
Dessert Course
2012 EVANGELIST LATE HARVEST VIOGNIER - $36
Crème brulee, fresh peaches poached in Evangelist L.H.V.
With the exception of the 3rd course, no other subsitutions can be made. Please advise in the comments section when ordering your tickets if you would prefer the chicken. All guests must be 21-years-old.
All wines poured will be available for purchase at a discount that evening as supplies last.
