Elevation Wine Club

We invite you to become a member of our Elevation Wine Club, which guarantees you access to our limited production wines before they are released to the public. Since this is your club too, we have a variety of packages to suit your palate – White Only, Mixed, and Red Only. Club pricing does not include tax or shipping fees. Wines are shipped out in April and October to all Elevation Club Members.

Terms and Conditions

Billing: Biannual or quarterly shipments will automatically be billed to the credit card account provided. You may cancel your membership after receiving the first shipment, provided you give 30 days' notice in writing prior to the next upcoming shipment.

Shipping Address: Please be aware that someone over 21 must be at home to receive and sign for the package. Please consider this when choosing your shipping address.

Receiving alcohol: All alcoholic beverages are sold in California and title passes to the buyer. We make no representation to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import any wines into any state outside of California. By placing an order, you authorize us to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order to you. In placing your order, you represent yourself to us that you are of at least 21 years old. Wines may only be sold and delivered to persons who are 21 years old. When your wine is delivered, the person receiving the delivery may be required to show identification proving that he or she is at least 21 years old.

Personal Information: Ascension Cellars agrees to hold your personal information in the strictest confidence. We will never sell, lend or give away that information to anyone.

Shipping Charges in CA: Shipping costs are part of the initial effort to ship the package. Cost per 4 or 6 bottle shipment is $15 via GLS overnight within CA. All case club orders within CA are shipped for $1. Returned items that must be resent will be charged separately on your credit card. If we cannot complete the shipment, we will refund your purchase on your credit card, less shipping costs.

Shipping Charges Outside CA: Shipping outside of California will be via UPS Ground and is charged by the weight of the package. The cost of shipping will be added to your order. All club orders from other states will be given a $15 discount on shipping.
