Baked Artichoke Dip

Ingredients:

2 - 15oz cans of Artichoke Hearts (in water), drained

1/2 cup Mayonnaise

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

1 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
-
1 small can diced green chilis, drained

Salt
-
White pepper
-
Crackers/Baguette - your choice
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Chop the artichoke hearts into smaller pieces. Can be as chunky as you like. In a big bowl mix the first five ingredients. Add salt and pepper to taste. Mix until all ingredients are well integrated. Place in casserole dish coated with cooking spray.
Place in oven for 30 minutes until melted and lightly browned on top. Let it rest for about 10-15 minutes so your guests don't burn their mouths.
Serve warm with crackers / bread or tortilla chips of your choice.
