We are so excited to finally be releasing a Mourvedre-based Rhone blend. It's been our favorite varietal grown on Cass property for over a decade and the fruit is getting better and better every vintage. We've just begun sending this beauty out into the world and as you can see from the awards its begun to take in...the message is clear...this one is a stunner!

TASTING NOTES: Our 2017 Mourvedre-based GSM is full of rich red fruit laid with earth and spice, swirling cherry, dark chocolate, blackberry, licorice, cola and cedar.  Lush with minerality and silky tannins, rescinding into a progressive, intense finish. Aged for 18 months in French Oak barrels before being bottled in August of 2019.

Messenger GSM is outstanding alone as a perfect companion for full-bodied and hard cheeses, grilled and smoked meats, salmon, game hens.
