Rhone Lovers Trio

Cabernet may be King all over the world, but nothing makes us happier than having one of our Rhone blends in our glass. We have waited long enough to share these three amazing wines with you. Each of them an expression of Paso Robles, as well as a nod to the region where Grenache, Syrah, Viognier, Marsanne and Roussanne were born. Distinctly CA but with a French flair. We learn something new each vintage and we think that is reflected in the quality and character of these wines. Our wine club has been fortunate to get a sneak peek of these beauties. Now it's time to send them off into the world for your enjoyment.

2017 Enchantress Blanc -- (41% Grenache Blanc / 30% Marsanne / 29% Roussanne) -- Our 2017 Enchantress white Rhône blend is seductive with vibrant aromas of spring flowers, summer peach, pineapple, guava, and Gala apple. The palate is laced with rich flavors of tropical fruit, summer citrus, and melon coupled with a balanced crisp acidity on the finish that pulls you back for more. All stainless steel fermented and aged. 138 Cases Produced

2016 Trinity GSM -- (75% Grenache / 15% Syrah / 10% Mourvedre) -- Our vibrant, ruby-red gemstone wine is a beautiful, medium-bodied, southern Rhône-style Grenache blend with aromas of black cherry, strawberry, raspberry, lavender, tobacco, herb, spice and white pepper encompassing the classic elements and style of Châteauneuf-du-Pape, swirling with sour cherry jamminess, raspberry, strawberry and spontaneous bursts of rose water and cedar. The fruit echoes on the finish with warm notes and plush tannins. Aged for 18 months in light to medium toast French Oak barrels, about 25% new. 97 Cases Produced

2016 Mayhem Syrah -- (87% Syrah / 13% Petit Verdot) -- This deep-purple, inky, full-bodied Syrah was barrel fermented and hand racked for 18 months in French oak barrels, 50% new with a medium toast. The dark, rich, and deliciously intense fruit embodies the richness and full-bodied nose of violets, cured maple bacon, black raspberry jam, espresso, clove spice with hints of graphite and dark chocolate on the lengthy, elegant finish that will leave you wanting more. 99 Cases Produced
