Testament Trio

Our top-of-the-line Bordeaux blend offers glorious aromas of fresh cut roses, blueberry, cassis, and blackberries. A silky creamy entry gives way to layers of complexity that unfold in the mid-palate with velvety tannins enrobing a center of concentrated black-fruit. Elegantly balanced, the acidity and core structure deliver an exhilarating finish with hints of dark chocolate. 

 

The blend shifts a bit each vintage depending on which grape wants to take center stage. We keep the new oak to around 30-35% to enable the amazing fruit to shine. The Testament is our most consistent wine, as blending allows us to hit the perfect flavor profile we desire each year. These wines are aged and ready to be enjoyed. Just pop and pour.
