Our 2015 Silver white blend has a beautiful, luminous golden shimmer, followed by a nose of rich aromatics of pear, orange blossom, white peach, Meyers lemon, and Plumeria blossoms. The palate is laced with rich mineral flavors of juicy citrus, Asian pear, peach and crisp Gala apples; a seductive, balanced acidity gives this wine a lingering finish that pulls you back for more.
Pair this wine with light to medium body cheeses, seafood, shellfish, oven-roasted chicken, grilled vegetables and sunsets.
