Our white wine making style embraces modern stainless steel fermentation and the nostalgia of barrel selected white wines that are hand racked for clarity and unfiltered, fulfilling all the promise of the vineyard in each glass and modern where the wine prior to being put into the barrel is fermented and aged for 6 months in stainless steel. Our 2011 Cumulus delivers all of this and more by offering bright aromas of lemon peel, bee’s wax, butterscotch and caramel with a palate of citrus and acidity that gives this special wine length and suspense.

Pair this wine with light to medium body cheeses, oysters, shellfish, seafood, poultry and good friends.
