2015 "Lumiere du Soleil" Sparkling

Our 2015 Lumière du Soleil petillant-natural sparkling wine is seductive with vibrant aromas of Meyer lemon, green apples, Clover honey, and baked bread. The palate is light with a fine, creamy mousse filled with flavors of lemon peel, creme brulee and honey on the fresh and fizzy finish.

- Due to the winemaking process this wine has some residual yeast in the bottle. It will not be perfectly clear. Chill for at least 1 hour upright to allow the yeast to settle to the bottom.
