2010 Elevation Blanc

Our 2010 Elevation white blend has a beautiful, bright haystack color followed by a nose of rich aromatics of cantaloupe melon, peaches, Meyers lemon, butterscotch, caramel and summer flowers. The palate is laced with rich mineral flavors of citrus, peaches and honeydew; a seductive, balanced acidity gives this wine a lingering finish that pulls you back for more.

Pair this wine with light to medium body cheeses, seafood, shellfish, oven-roasted chicken and grilled vegetables.
