2015 Soul Shaker Cab/Syrah

Our 2015 Soul Shaker displays a fantastic dark garnet color and offers seductive aromas of ripe currants, black cherries, pomegranate, cranberry, chocolate, exotic spices, herbs, toasted hazelnut, and hints of roasted coffee. The fruit is delivered by round, polished and dusty tannins, which explode on your palate leaving you with a mouthful of delicious juicy dark fruits. Wonderful and absolutely delicious the 2015 vintage has the potential to evolve for at least a decade.

Aged for 24 months in 30% new French Oak barrels before bottling in January 2018.
